On a cold January ’06 morning CSX 4617 sits on the yard lead at the St. Albans yard office. This photo, taken by Mike Mullins, can’t be duplicated, as time has taken much of the C&O heritage seen here. 4617 has been painted in CSX livery and the C&O cantilever signal at the east leg of the St. Albans wye is gone.
